SHIPPING & RETURNS
At the moment we are only shipping within Ireland only and hoping to expand more regions in near future.
Items are despatched within 2-3 business days and we have two delivery options with An Post service.
Standard delivery €3.80 : 1-2 business days
Register delivery: next business day with tracking number provided
Please allow more shipping times during busy period such as Christmas.
*Please note shipping is done through third party An Post, to ensure post doesn't get lost, we recommend selecting register post. Saw Framed cannot be responsible for goods lost if register post is not selected.
We work hard to provide exceptional customer service. In case you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase, or simply change your mind, we would be happy to refund any unworn goods within 14 days from the day order received. The item you wish to return would have to be unused and in the same condition as received, with its original packaging / box. We are happy to exchange ring sizes up to 28 days from the day order received.
We won't be able to offer refund or exchange on comissioned pieces, customed items or pierced earrings due to hygiene.
There will always be exception, after all, we value every sinlge customers and after sales care is very important to us. Do please drop us a line if there is anything we can do to help your shopping experience more satisfying.
Please note, any return parcel charges will be paid by customers as we are a small business and we don't have resources to cover this yet. However, monies will be returned within 7 days once return parcel arrived in conditions lay out above. It is customers responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives back to us, a registered post is recommended to track goods.
